About me
Caitlin McClure helps people and organizations embrace change, unlock creativity, and co-create new possibilities through performance and play. Her work as a leadership development and organizational climate consultant champions the power of imagination and spontaneity as tools for transformation, resilience, and joy. She is an adjunct professor at two business schools and editor of two books of case studies, Applied Improvisation: Leading, Collaborating & Creating Beyond the Theatre and The Applied Improvisation Mindset. She got her MA in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University. She lives in New Rochelle, New York.
