Brad Robertson is a Partner at On Your Feet, where he brings decades of experience at the intersection of business, education, and improvisation. Known for his thoughtful, grounded approach, Brad helps leaders and teams navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and turn insight into action.Before joining On Your Feet, Brad served as Director of the Business Outreach Program at Portland State University’s College of Business, where he taught courses in Small Business Consulting, Organizational Behavior, Improv and Business, and Dialogue. His work in the classroom and with organizations alike reflects a deep commitment to practical learning that sticks.He began his career as the owner of Snow Dee Lite, a shaved ice company he ran from 1987 to 2000. Building and sustaining that business over more than a decade shaped his steady, pragmatic approach to leadership and decision-making.Brad holds an MBA from Portland State University and a BA in Political Science from University of Oregon.
