About me
Caitlin Lushington (she/they) coaches actors and arts educators to
radically reimagine how we teach and inhabit creative professions. She
has 13+ years of professional experience as a performer, director, and
intimacy choreographer, including serving as the Artistic Managing
Director of Enso Theatre Ensemble. Caitlin's research unpacks
socio-cultural contributors to creative burnout with an intersectional
feminist lens, and advocates for systemic change alongside individual
resiliency. She holds an MFA in Actor Training and Coaching from the
Royal Central School of Speech in Drama (London), and she currently
teaches as a professor of Applied Theatre at Pacific University. Caitlin
is passionate about table-top role-playing games, and the space they
create for identity exploration through collective storytelling.
