Hugh Barker is a retired civil servant and a student of improv at Santa Rosa Junior College, CA. He is facinated how play and fun is integral in health, healing, and every day life. He looks forward to attending GII 2026 to learn how it can can be applied to today's challenges, relationships, failure, and so much more!
