Mallory Penney is a leadership coach and facilitator and the founder of Leadership Unscripted. Through her work, she helps leaders build confidence, communicate with greater impact, and navigate uncertainty using applied improvisation. When she's not facilitating, you can find her teaching improv and performing at Provocation Theatre in Berkeley CA, playing board games or DnD, and spending time with friends.
